Terms & Conditions

 

1.As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Mahavir Collections does not endorse any return/exchange or cancellation policy irrespective of a domestic or international order once it has been placed.

 

2.Even though Mahavir Collections shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given to the buyer in the order form, any delayed or early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the buyer to any damages or compensation from Mahavir Collections.

 

3.The article color, fabric, fit may differ at the time of trying out the sample and we will try our best to provide the closest match. However, we make no claims that the exact match and finish will be present in the final product, as most articles have handmade embroidery and artwork on them, which is a creative process. Therefore, no returns or cancellations will be made.

 

4.The sample outfit worn by the client at the time of trial might or might not be available at the store as we have orders from other parties to whom the garment may need to be shipped.

 

5.No guarantee for cloth, color & zari etc.

 

6.If the order of Lehenga or Sherwani is not picked up within 3 months from date of delivery, the amount given in advance shall be forfeited & Mahavir Collections is no longer liable for delivery of that product.

 

7.If after the collection and delivery of the article any alteration or discrepancy is found, the customer is liable to inform of the same within 2 working days,  otherwise  additional charges will be applicable.

 

8.Actual articles color may vary from photo, as every device has different screen resolutions and camera quality.

 

9.Mahavir Collections reserves the right to publish any pictures or videos taken of customer to be used for legally promotional means on their social networking sites and for website content, without payment or any other consideration.

 

10.In case, there are any changes in the body measurements of the customer from the time the actual order booking was made till the delivery of the final stitched product, we at Mahavir will not be responsible for any alterations. Client would have to bear a minimum cost of alterations, if any alterations needed in such case. If client wishes to make changes in his/her body, kindly inform us in advance or at the time of booking. Alteration and fitting, at the time of trial may take up to a week.
